We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager provided excellent shuttle service, helping us with our luggage and ensuring we were able to explore the area comfortably. The hotel itself is comfortable and well-presented. The dinner buffet was exceptional, with some dishes cooked fresh by the chef. The staff speaks English and is incredibly helpful. this hotel offers great cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location, and excellent staff.

The hotel's bathrooms were outdated, and the bathtub was old, which detracted from the overall experience. the breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, and there were limited options for those with food allergies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, providing transportation to and from the train station and offering great suggestions for things to see in the area. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities including a delicious breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hidden gem in the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel at home. the dinner buffet had a great variety- we loved watching the Chef grill steak to order. Felt like a cozy mountain lodge, perfect location for exploring the nearby hot springs.

Bathrooms could use a bit of an update, but they were functional and clean.

We had a wonderful weekend experience at a hotel in a fantastic location! The staff was very friendly and helpful, making it easy to explore the area. We were impressed with their shuttle service, which picked us up from the train station and helped us with our luggage. The buffet dinner was a top highlight of our stay, with fresh and delicious food!

Nonetheless, the en-suite bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Although they were functional, the facilities were rather dated and could use some renovation work.
